Abstract : This thesis entitled: "Technical studies for the rehabilitation of the YAMOUSSOUKRO-BOUAFLE-DALOA national road (Côte d'Ivoire)" is part of the program to open up areas with high potential for the State of Côte d'Ivoire. The objective of this memoir is to find a suitable rehabilitation solution both economically and in the duration of the Yamoussoukro-Sahabo axis of 10 km. To do this, several studies have been conducted.
A topographical study that allowed the help of the software Autocad-Covadis to draw out the drawings in plan, profiles lengthwise and crosswise to obtain the cubatures and layout plan of the leaders of our road.
The VIZIR method, which involves the deflection study, the assessment of the deterioration of the roadway and the traffic study, made it possible to propose a solution for the rehabilitation of the existing roadway. On the recommendation of the Ministry of Economic Infrastructure, a foundation layer of cement-based recycled materials has been adopted. The results of the geotechnical study of the materials in place and borrowing made it possible to make the structural dimension of the pavement which was later verified using the Alizé LCPC software. The final reinforcement solution therefore comprises 25 cm of recycled materials improved with cement (3%) as a base course, a base layer of 8 cm thick bitumen and a 6 cm bituminous concrete wearing course.
The hydrological and hydraulic studies were used to have the flows of the basins which cross the section, to make an inventory of the works in places with solutions of state for those who are not damaged and to find the sections of the works to replace which we did the structural dimensioning. Road signage and road lighting issues were discussed. An environmental and social impact study was conducted and several measures to mitigate negative impacts were identified. An estimate of the cost of the project has been made and it shows a cost of six billion five hundred and thirty-six million nine hundred and twenty thousand and thirty nine francs CFA (6 536 920 039 F CFA) cost excluding taxes. |
