Chapter II, contains a discussion of the implications concerning trade and aid policies. Chapter III discusses the changes in the situation of agriculture in the industrial countries. Chapter IV deals with the important question of how to obtain a more aide expansion of food production. Chapter V contains a brief discussion of the experiments going on to find untraditional means.
