Abstract : This study is part of the NELACEP project financed by the World Bank and aims at densification and rehabilitation of Niamey power grids.
Our study focuses on the Technical Study and the realization of the Power Supply of a part of a district of boukoki (Niamey) in favor of NIGELEC and the populations.
This thesis first focused on the study of the existing network in the area of implantation of the station through fieldwork, first we made the estimate of needs, verification of the voltage drops at the end of the line, the verification of BT media efforts and proposed a picket log for the realization of the network. Second, we chose the type of public distribution transformer substation: A single-derivation substation including an IS type incoming cell from energy transformer, a CIS type protection cell from the same manufacturer as the first, a TUR T4-800 and a 400 KVA transformer with a primary / secondary voltage of 20kV / 400 V. The civil engineering of the substation comprises two compartments, a local cell and local transformer. it was done by the owner. In third place we conducted the electrical and mechanical study of the energy supply (overhead line) at the substation which allowed us to determine the almelec cable section of the link with the main line (54.6 mm2), to check the efforts of the 12m PBA supports proposed by the client as well as the section of the aero-underground cable HTA (cable HTA 3 * 150 mm2 aluminum core). To complete our study, we have carried out an economic evaluation of the project. The amount of 108,632,665 FRANCS CFA (one hundred eight million six hundred and thirty-two thousand six hundred and sixty five CFA francs including tax) was retained for the realization of the project. |
