Conscient des enjeux du développement durable, l’entreprise ACCIONA INFRAESTRUCTURAS, spécialiste dans la construction des routes au Gabon, désire combiner logique économique et préservation de l’environnement en accédant à la certification ISO 14001: 2004. Cette certification lui permettra de montrer au Maître d’ouvrage les actions qu’elle mène pour la préservation de l’environnement.
Pour préparer la mise en place du système de management environnemental selon la norme ISO 14001 : 2004, la première phase a consisté d’une part à faire un inventaire des exigences légales et autres applicables aux activités de l’entreprise, et d’autre part à réaliser l’analyse environnementale. Après cette analyse, nous avons défini des objectifs et cibles pour améliorer la performance environnementale de l’entreprise pour ce projet et proposé un plan d’action pour y parvenir.
La deuxième phase a consisté à rédiger une partie du système documentaire exigé par la norme. Il s’agissait de décrire une instruction sur les lignes directrices des cotations, deux procédures dont l’une pour l’identification et la détermination des aspects environnementaux, l’autre sur une situation d’urgence et les différents enregistrements.
Les résultats obtenus dans ce travail pilote constituent une base de données nécessaires pour la mise en place du SME conforme à la norme ISO 14001 : 2004 en vue d’être certifié au cours de l’année 2015.

Abstract : Aware of the challenges of sustainable development, the company ACCIONA INFRAESTRUCTURAS specialist in the construction of roads in Gabon wants to combine economic logic and preservation of the environment by accessing the ISO 14001 certification. 2004 This certification will allow him to show Master Material its actions for the preservation of the environment.
To prepare for the implementation of the environmental management system according to ISO 14001: 2004, the first phase consisted of a hand to make an inventory of legal and other requirements applicable to the activities of the company, and secondly in the environmental analysis. Based on this analysis, we defined objectives and targets for improving the environmental performance of the company for this project and proposed an action plan to achieve it.
The second step was to write a part of the documentary system required by the standard. It was to describe an instruction on guidelines quotations, two of which proceedings for the identification and determination of environmental aspects, the other on an emergency and the individual records situation.
The results obtained in this pilot work are a database necessary for the implementation of the EMS according to ISO 14001: 2004 to be certified in 2015 |
