The first part of this study deals with the model itself, establishing accuracy and suggesting rules and techniques for its profen use. The second part deals with application of the model using the established criteria, to the Guaracanal basin in order to investigate the effects of varying degrees of urbanization on the output hydrograph. It was concluded that using the given simulation model has definite advantages over classical techniques used to ciompute outflow hydrographics and poak dischanges in a basin. It allows for modelling the dynamics of a changing basin which may cause critical changes in the basin behavior.
