The many varied thaugh related terms developed by ground-water hydrologists and by soils engineers are useful to each discipline, but their diferences in terminology under the use of related information in interdisplinary studies equations for the erzaghi theory of consolidation and equation for ground-water flow are identical under specific conditions.
