Abstract : This thesis focuses on the construction studies for the 130-meter Tortiya Girder bridge located in the Department of Katiola (Hambol region). The structure is part of the national road development program, one of the major challenges of which is to open up the Niakara-Tortiya area, a region with strong agricultural and mining potential but still poorly equipped in terms of infrastructure. To guarantee the quality and technical compliance of the structure, the engineering firm INFRATP Ingénieur Conseil was commissioned to supervise and monitor the project. The study is based on hydrological and hydraulic data produced by Ets MSSZ, the company responsible for carrying out the work. It also serves as a comparative reference for analyzing and comparing the technical solutions that will be proposed by the company. The infrastructure study will be limited to the connection footings, as geotechnical studies have not yet been carried out. The structure selected is an isostatic reinforced concrete prefabricated girder bridge, chosen for its ease of implementation and its suitability for local constraints. The design and dimensioning were carried out in accordance with the BAEL 91 modified 99 and SETRA technical mamual standards. Structural modeling was performed using RSA software to obtain the stresses (ELU and ELS) of the deck (slabs, beams, and spacers), supports (piers and abutments), and foundations. The formwork and reinforcement plans and the BIM reinforcement model for the bridge were then produced. At the same time, an environmental and social analysis identified the main impacts of the work and the expected benefits. An ESMP was drawn up, specifying mitigation measures, responsibilities, and periods of application. Finally, the financial estimate for the project amounts to 1,472,896,934 CFA francs including tax. |
