Note générale :	This report attempts to repond to item in chapters 1-3 that were compiled by the chaiman of the working group in close consultation with the members of the working group topics (ii) and (iii) are dealt with in chapters 4 and 5 that were produced by professor L.J. Mostertman and reviewed by Maniak with the help of an ad-hoc panel : the outcome is contamed in annexe XVI after revision by the working group and a number of course directors. This model curriculum has been included purposely at the end of the reports so as to permit its individual utilization by course organizers.
