Langues : Français (fre) Résumé : La présente étude, qui s’inscrit dans le cadre des travaux de rénovation du siège de la Commission de l’UEMOA à Ouagadougou – Burkina Faso, a porté sur la climatisation des bureaux du bâtiment CEAO par le système VRV. Elle a porté également sur le dimensionnement du système de traitement pour l’immeuble. Ce travail à consisté à la détermination du bilan thermique de 156 bureaux et à leur répartition en six (06) grands zones de climatisation. Une estimation financière des travaux a été effectuée suivie du Temps de Retour à l’Investissement (TRI). De cette étude, il ressort également l’impact environnemental par le remplacement du système de climatisation centralisée à eau glacée par le système VRV. Des propositions techniques et leur évaluation ont mis fin à ce rapport. Abstract : The present survey, that appears in the setting of the works of renovation of the seat of the Commission of the UEMOA in Ouagadougou - Burkina Faso, carried on the air-conditioning of offices of the CEAO building by the VRV system. It was also about the determination of the system of air treatment for the building. This work consisted to the determination of the thermal balance of 156 offices and their distribution in six (06) big zones of air-conditioning. A financial evaluation of works has been done consistent in the days of Return to the investment (SORTING). Of this survey it takes out again impact environmental also by the replacement of the air-conditioning system centralized to water frozen by the VRV system. The technical propositions and their assessment put an end to this report.
