Langues : Français (fre) Résumé : Ce présent rapport a pour objet l’analyse de la gestion d’un chantier de construction dans la ville de Ouagadougou au Burkina Faso. Il vise à identifier les insuffisances éventuelles dans l’organisation de l’entreprise SACBA-TP mandataire du marché. Cette analyse porte essentiellement sur la préparation puis la gestion du chantier. L’exploitation des documents, les entretiens et l’observation ont constitué les éléments de travail. L’analyse des résultats montre que le chantier est caractérisé par une préparation difficile des travaux ce qui a induit des problèmes lors de la réalisation des travaux. Situé en pleine agglomération sous circulation permanente, le bon déroulement des travaux de construction de la route se heurte à plusieurs difficultés : la faible capacité organisationnelle de l’entreprise à laquelle s’ajoute un management inadéquat du projet perturbant d’avantage le bon avancement des travaux. Cette insuffisance se traduit entre autres par une fréquence des pannes d’engins approximant 50% et un avancement du projet évalué à 20% à six mois du démarrage des travaux. Toutefois, ce retard est rattrapable via une meilleure organisation. L’acquisition d’un personnel qualifié et un bon management des ressources devrait permettre d’assurer de bonnes conditions d’achèvement du projet. Abstract : This present report has for object analyzes it of the management of a construction site in the city of Ouagadougou in Burkina Faso. It aims to identify the possible insufficiencies in the organization of the enterprise SACBA-TP proxy of the market. This analysis essentially carries then on the preparation the management of the yard. The exploitation of the documents, the interviews and the observation constituted the work elements. The analysis of the results watch that the yard is characterized by a difficult preparation of works what misled some problems at the time of the realization of works. Situated in full agglomeration under permanent circulation, the good progress of the works of construction of the road comes up against several difficulties: the weak organizational capacity of the enterprise to which is added an inadequate management of the project disrupts advantage the good advancement of works. This insufficiency results among others in a frequency of the breakdowns of contraptions approximant 50% and an advancement of the project valued to 20% at six months of the starting of works. However, this delay is remediable with a better organization. The acquirement of a qualified staff and a good management of resources should permit to assure good conditions of completion of the project.
