Abstract : The project concerned by this study is part of the the construction of a cotton-processing plant (Burkina Coton) in Ouagadougou.
It focuses on the technical study of the high voltage and low voltage power supply of the plant, which is the main source of energy for all electrical equipment in the project.
Our work first focused on a technical study of the High voltage / Low voltage transformer station. To do so, we first proceeded to select the type of transformer station, thanks to the power of 800 kVA transformer given by the owner. On this basis, the choice of a transformer station in the cabin with prefabricated high-voltage switchgear is used to protect the transformer and switchgear against severe temperature fluctuations. We then proceeded with the sizing and selection of the civil engineering of the substation and all the electrical equipment.
Then, we proceed with the data collected from the national electricity distributor to the dimensioning of the aerial-underground link that will supply the transformer substation on a 33kV overhead line, which will consist in determining the different sections of cables to use, the support of the overhead line section, as well as all necessary equipment.
To close this study, an overall estimate of the cost of completion of the work has been made and reveals a provisional cost of realization and the different equipment inherent of thirty-six million seven hundred ninety-one thousand nine hundred and sixty-five Francs (36 791 965 FCFA TTC). |
