Abstract : This dissertation consists in determining the optimal scale of the sources of production of the interconnected network in Burkina Faso by the method of Kuhn-Tucker for a period of 2019–2021. The main goal is to propose an investment scale by market order of each plant. For this, we proceeded to an optimal load distribution in order to minimize the cost of production of all the energy parks with the Ghana and Ivory Coast imports. The method used for the application of the study of this memoir is the Kuhn-Tucker method which delimits the power of exploitation of each power station in their operating ranges. The realization of the study of this memory took place in three steps. Firstly, several iterations of imports ranging from 50 MW to 100 MW for Ghana and from 50 MW to 150 MW for Ivory Coast on monthly peaks and troughs of NFI demand using monthly peaks and troughs of hydropower plants are made. And solar energy over a period of three years : 2019, 2020 and 2021 and the offer of 50 MW from AGGREKO Côte d’Ivoire from 2020. Then delineate the operating powers of thermal power plants in their operating ranges.
Second step, the calculation of production costs at the lower of each month for a period of three years (2019, 2020 and 2021), i.e. production costs of 20,353,366 FCFA at the peak and 12,401,516 FCFA at the trough of January 2019 ; 24,533,663 FCFA at the peak and 14,121,303 FCFA in the trough of January 2020 ; and 24,135,727 FCFA at the peak and 16,704,887 in the trough of January 2021.
The third step is to make an investment scale of 2019, 2020 and 2021 according to the hot seasons (small and large hot season), cold and rainy. |
