- Une station de pompage constitué de six (06) pompes dont cinq (05) pompes de 144 m3/h et une de 216 m3/h de débit avec une hauteur manométrique total de 12 m chacune ;
- Six (06) conduites de refoulement en PVC PN6 dont cinq (05) de diamètre 250 mm totalisant 10 km et une conduite de diamètre 280 mm d’une longueur totale de 1 237 m reliant la station aux bassins tampons en tête du périmètre ;
Abstract : Lake Higa, also known as the sahelian lake, is a very important natural depression in the Sahel region of Burkina Faso with a capacity of 40 million m3 covering an area of 300 hectares (DGRE, 2011), which has been under exploited until now.
The present engineering valorizes this natural water resources through a detailed design of a 75 ha of semi-californian hydro-agricultural development downstream from Lake Higa.
In a sahelian context, the choice of the semi-californian system allows the development of the selected speculations such as tomatoes, onions and potatoes in the off-season and to provide a possible supplementary irrigation for maize in humid countryside.
This study makes it possible to put at the disposal of the operators mainly female 300 parcels of 0.25 ha. The perimeter is subdivided into 6 blocks with hydraulic districts of 1 ha to 3 ha and an equipment flow rate of 3, 66 l/s/ha.
Indeed the proposed management system consists of:
- A pumping station consisting of six (06) pumps including five (05) pumps of 144 m3/h and one of 216 m3/h of flow with a total head of 12 m each;
- six (06) PVC PN6 discharge pipes, including five (05) of 250 mm diameter totalling 10 km and a 280 mm diameter line with a total length of 1 237 m connecting the station to the buffer basins at the head of the perimeter;
- six (06) watersheds, five (05) at 04 exits and one at 06 exits distributing water in 160 mm diameter totalling a length of 9 889 m and catch, drainage and other related structures.
The solar option consisting of 180 photovoltaic panels of 325kW/12V is chosen for the power supply of the system to take into account environmental protection issues with a 200 kVA generator chosen as an alternative option.
The overall cost of implementation of the project would amount to 690, 609,408 FCFA TTC or a specific cost of 9 208 125 F /ha, with a payback period of two (02) years. |
