Abstract : Ivory Coast, is a country located in West Africa with its economic capital Abidjan, intends to become an emerging country by 2030. Thus, in accordance with the national development plan, one of the major axes is the revitalization of the sector industrial with the flagship project the development of the new industrial zone located in the locality of Akoupe-Zeudji 10 km from the City of Abidjan. Our study aims to provide a Detailed Preliminary Project (DPA) for the supply of drinking water to a 127 ha plot of all 940 ha of the site dedicated to the new industrial area. To do this we opted for an autonomous drinking water supply system. Our system therefore starts from two (02) holes drilled in the continental terminal and operated at a cumulative flow of 160 m3 / h. This raw water will undergo treatment at a compact type drinking water station (Neutralization and Disinfection Station), and then a 500 m3 treated water tank will be built, to guarantee sufficient contact time between the disinfectant and treated water. The supply network consists of PVC PN 16 pipes with diameters Ø315 mm and Ø250 mm, for a linear of approximately 850 ml. Then two electric pump groups with the following characteristics: 50 m3 / h and Total Manometric Head = 30 m, will pump the treated water up to the 1000 m3 water tower over 20 m in height; where will the distribution start for the 114 industrial lots and all the structuring equipment. The distribution network of a 13060 ml line will consist of PVC PN 10 with diameters, Ø315 mm, Ø200 mm, Ø160mm. For its operation, the system will be powered by the national electricity network. The cost of realization of works for this modern and sustainable area is estimated at: 5 024 557 609 CFA, including tax, for an execution period of 18 months. |
