Abstract : Farm AGEDURA, located 80 km from N'Djamena is an agro-pastoral complex. The developer's initiative led to a diagnostic study and an evaluation of a new project aimed at developing the farm. The diagnostic study was conducted using surveys and interviews. A meticulous approach led to the evaluation of the new project on the production of nutritional blocks. At the end of our diagnosis, the financial management and the monitoring of the manager appeared as the strong points of the farm, while the capacity of execution of the tasks and the production were recognized as weaknesses. The quality variables of the promoter: diversity of products, emergence, yields, and market appear as driving variables; while personnel, natural resources and climate are dependent variables. The financing plan has helped to dispose of 14.9 million CFA francs for the launch of the BONUS project for the overall cost of the project estimated at 17,393,975 FCFA. Self-financing represents 19%. The few profitability criteria used have shown that the project is profitable. They allow concluding that this project is profitable from the first year of production with net profits estimated at 3 984 626 FCFA and 22 085 987 FCFA respectively for the first and fifth year of production. |
