Cependant, il existe de véritables opportunités d’affaires dans cette filière bénéfique non seulement pour les promoteurs d’entreprises mais aussi pour l’économie du Burkina Faso, la population et l’environnement en général. La présente étude focalisée sur la création d’une entreprise de pré-collecte et de collecte des OMA de l’arrondissement 10 de la ville de Ouagadougou permettra donc de gérer environ 100000 tonnes de déchets chaque année dans trois zones dont une zone lotie, une zone non lotie et les marchés de l’arrondissement. Elle permettra de couvrir environs 20000 concessions et six (06) marchés chaque année sur une période de cinq (05) ans soit de 2023 à 2027 dans les cinq (05) secteurs (41,42,43,44,45) de l’arrondissement. Pour six (06) jours de travail dans la semaine et 26 jours dans le mois, une demande importante de main d’œuvre (environs 150 agents), et d’investissement pour l’achat de matériels et d’équipements (environ 166 731 500 FCFA) sera donc nécessaire. A la suite de l’étude technique, l’étude financière a révélé la viabilité de ce projet de création d’entreprise à travers un TRI de 43% et une VAN positive de 54 015 933,06 FCFA Le coût global du projet quant à lui s’élève à 291 501 647 FCFA dont 124 770 147 FCFA de charge d’exploitation pour sa première année de vie. Sur le plan environnemental et social ce projet n’engendre majoritairement que des impacts positifs.
Abstract : The management of household and similar waste (HW) remains a major challenge in Burkina Faso. However, there are real business opportunities in this sector that are beneficial not only for business promoters but also for the economy of Burkina Faso, the population and the environment in general. The present study focused on the creation of a pre-collection and collection company of the OMA of the district 10 of the city of Ouagadougou will thus allow to manage approximately 100000 tons of waste each year in three zones of which a housing estate, a non-housing estate zone and the markets of the district. It will cover about 20,000 concessions and six (06) markets each year over a period of five (05) years from 2023 to 2027 in the five (05) sectors (41, 42, 43, 44, 45) of the district. For six (06) working days in the week and 26 days in the month, a significant demand for manpower (about 150 agents), and investment for the purchase of materials and equipment (about 166,731,500 FCFA) will be necessary. Following the technical study, the financial study revealed the viability of this business creation project through an IRR of 43% and a positive NPV of 54,015,933.06 FCFA. The overall cost of the project amounts to 291,501,647 FCFA, including 124,770,147 FCFA of operating expenses for its first year of life. From an environmental and social point of view, this project has mostly positive impacts. |
